1. INTRODUCTION
100 Horses Media is a France-based creative production house working worldwide. We develop and produce audiovisual work across strategy, creative direction, production, and post-production for brands, organisations, and independent projects. By confirming a project (via written approval, email, or deposit), the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. SCOPE OF WORK
Our services may include strategic consulting, creative development, production planning, film and photography, drone capture, on-set direction, post-production, and delivery of final audiovisual content. Each project is defined by its agreed brief or quotation.
4. PROJECT CONFIRMATION
A project is confirmed once a quotation is approved in writing, a deposit is received, or written confirmation is provided by the Client. Once confirmed, production planning and scheduling begin.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed:
* 50% deposit is required to start production
* 50% balance is due before final delivery
Invoices are payable within 14 days. Delayed payments may pause delivery or production.
6. CREATIVE PROCESS & REVISIONS
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may be charged separately. We always aim to balance creative vision with real-world production conditions.
7. PRODUCTION CONDITIONS
Production timelines may be influenced by weather, travel, location access, permits, or external logistical factors. For international shoots, adjustments may be required to ensure safety and feasibility of execution.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, the Client receives usage rights for the final delivered content as agreed in the project scope. 100 Horses Media retains rights to raw footage, project files, and unused material unless otherwise agreed. We may use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
9. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
Music, stock footage, fonts, or other licensed assets may be subject to third-party restrictions. Extended or commercial usage may require additional licensing fees.
10. CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT
Deposits are non-refundable once production planning has started. If a project is postponed or cancelled, costs already incurred (including crew, travel, or pre-production) may be charged accordingly. Production time and resources are reserved upon confirmation.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, concepts, and materials confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes unreleased projects and sensitive production information.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
100 Horses Media shall not be held liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or delays caused by external factors beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
